Spotlight Artist: Jennifer Rachel Hart

We all know that artists think a bit differently.

We offer a vital diversity of perception, creativity, and approaches to problem-solving.

Living in a world shaped by mostly neurotypical minds can limit our collective,
wild human potential, making us feel like there is something wrong with us if we don't
plod along in a linear fashion and have the support we need to thrive.

Jenn inkanyezi Hart is full of ideas…her mind buzzes with infinite curiosity about the world
around her and ways she can respond creatively to it.

Before she joined the Sovereign Artist program, Jenny had struggled to follow through
on many of them and this led to doubting herself as an artist.

With the supportive structure, accountability, and encouragement,
she now sees her brilliant mind for what it is: a powerful gift of creativity.

This gave her the confidence she needed to finally claim her art practice as more
than a hobby
and give it the serious time and care it deserves.

Today, she is thriving.
She made 40 original fluid acrylic paintings, just her first solo exhibition and artist talk,
and sold several paintings to new collectors!
